The earliest evidence of ancient dentistry we have is an amazingly detailed dental work on a mummy from ancient Egypt that archaeologists have dated to 2000 BCE. The work shows intricate gold work around the teeth. This mummy was found with two donor teeth that had holes drilled into them. Wires were strung through the holes and then around the neighboring teeth.
Amazing.

1. What did you do in 2011 that you’d never done before?
Felt confident, worked on my first big movie set, hung out with famous people.
2. Did you keep your new year’s resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I wanted to be happier than I was the year before. I succeeded, though I’m not big on New Year’s resolutions.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
My sister!
4. Did anyone close to you die?
Yes. Kathryn.
5. What countries did you visit?
Didn’t travel out of the country, but I went to Louisiana and north Texas a bunch.
6. What would you like to have in 2012 that you lacked in 2011?
Pimp ass ride.
7. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Got my phlebotomy certification. Now I can stab people for a living. :]
8. What was your biggest failure?
Losing my job.

Lots of spider bites. o.O

Fabric for all the stuff I made this year.

Ruta Maya and Hancock Fabrics.

Spiderwood Studios.

My car, may it rest in peace, passed away on Thursday, October 20th. I need to get to my internship at the clinic 5 days a week. I’m 8 miles from the nearest bus stop and 14 miles from the clinic. This is the best early birthday present ever. :[
